Unexpected challenges, but thankful

The hotel staff's friendliness made our stay enjoyable, always going the extra mile to help. The clean and quiet rooms were indeed a refreshing retreat.

Here's my point of view

I was disappointed during my one-night stay in a non-smoking queen room. The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with dirt and mold in corners. On the bright side, the check-in staff was friendly and helpful. It's safe to say I expected more from my experience.

Plus, the bathroom lighting is awkward, placing the fixture behind you, making personal grooming a tricky venture. Also, there’s no coffee maker or complimentary breakfast, which can be a letdown for morning routines.

This was just a nice choice for a quick stopover in Winnie, definitely value for money. The barbecue grill was great for a cookout with friends. Make sure to ask about the vending machines for late-night snacks.

The TV experience was frustrating with a lack of local channels and malfunctioning equipment. Additionally, the cleanliness was questionable, as dirty towels weren't replaced during my stay.
