Here's my point of view
I was disappointed during my one-night stay in a non-smoking queen room. The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with dirt and mold in corners. On the bright side, the check-in staff was friendly and helpful. It's safe to say I expected more from my experience.

The room was clean and
the staff was friendly, but I had trouble getting help late at night. The coffee was also unavailable during breakfast, which was frustrating. Overall, it was decent for a brief stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 12clean roomcomfortable bedfreezer compartmenthighway noise
Rooms stay clean with a welcoming smell upon arrival, and the fridge even has a freezer compartment for ice packs. The comfy beds offer a decent night's sleep, and the location is right off the highway, making it perfect for those on the go.
The highway noise permeates the rooms, sounding like traffic is right inside. The furniture feels incredibly basic with no padded chairs or drawers, which left a stark, almost empty vibe. Plus, the bathroom lighting is awkward, placing the fixture behind you, making personal grooming a tricky venture. Also, there’s no coffee maker or complimentary breakfast, which can be a letdown for morning routines.

Better coffee availability in the morning would help.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and friendly staff. However, noise from the highway was quite disruptive at night, making it hard to sleep. The coffee in the lobby was empty, which was disappointing during a morning rush to hit the road.

The staff was helpful and nice, clearly making an effort to assist guests. However, the room left much to be desired, no comfortable seating or adequate lighting for basic tasks like putting in contact lenses. The TV experience was frustrating with a lack of local channels and malfunctioning equipment. Additionally, the cleanliness was questionable, as dirty towels weren't replaced during my stay.
